Terms of use

These terms cover the controller.plus website and service (the relay that introduces phones to games and carries their controls). They are offered by All Blue LLC. The Controller+ apps are also covered by the terms of the store you got them from; the app and SDK source terms are on the source terms page.

Using the service

You may use controller.plus to play games with phones and to add phone controllers to your own games, as described in the documentation. Please do not:

• use the relay, or any relay credentials it hands out, for anything other than carrying a game's controls (for example as a proxy or VPN, to hide other traffic, or to reach other networks);
• try to break, overload, scrape or get around the service's limits and protections;
• use the service to harm or harass players, or to interfere with the Controller+ apps.

We may limit, revoke or block access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other players at risk.

Pro

Controller+ Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play, on their terms, as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase; refunds are handled by the store. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends; you can manage and cancel it in your store account settings, and Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Pro unlocks cosmetic finishes and effects, press effects and sound packs, and service features such as faster relays. We may improve or change Pro features over time.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, during a beta and afterwards, without warranties of any kind. Games and connections can fail; network conditions are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, All Blue LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, apps or service.
